Aug 22, 2010 Pelles C Publisher's Description. Complete development kit with C compiler, macro assembler, linker, resource compiler, and many other tools. Also includes an IDE with project management, visual resource editors and integrated debugger (X86 and ARM). A separate download is available for X64. We were unable to load Disqus. They are Pelles C and Code::Blocks. Pelles C is a lite download. Only about 10 MB or so and has a great forum. Code::Blocks is a 70 MB download and has C as well.
